For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns or exchanges for earrings.
Custom orders or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return. A refund can only be given once the product has been returned in saleable condition.
