Bini Chohan Jewellery promises to refund you if you are not completely happy with your order, provided your jewellery is returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. 

Please note: 
For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns or exchanges for earrings. 
Custom orders or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.
A refund can only be given once the product has been returned in saleable condition.

Bini Chohan jewellery is designed to be long lasting and durable, but there are a few things you can do to make sure that your jewellery stays in perfect condition;
Avoid getting wet - Keep away from water, perfume and any other liquids. Do not wear while bathing, showering, swimming etc as any chemicals may tarnish your jewellery.
